The Operating Results of the Financial System contains statistics on the performance of the financial system of Trinidad and Tobago. For analytical purposes, data contained in these tables are available from 2010 to present, at an annual frequency. The data covers a fairly wide range of performance measures, such as efficiency, liquidity, profitability, and asset quality ratios, as well as data on employment, income, expenses, assets and liabilities. Statistics on income and expenses were derived from the Quarterly Returns (CB40) of the financial institutions, while those on assets and liabilities were sourced from the Monthly Statement of Condition Returns (CB20). For the convenience of the data users, the Central Bank is offering access to the data tables in Excel format below.
